Hi People,I have paid a seller yesterday through paypal because it was offered at checkout as an option. But now after I have paid using paypal he wants me to fasten the money in his bank be. However I asked him to pay the paypal transaction and his say was he doesn't know how to use paypal but he will try. Errrrrrggggghhhhh. This is so frustrating. Anybody have any ideas? I have sent him an email with the link to the paypal help displace. Also he states that the cost of postage ordain be provided after checkout and I got charged $22.00 for some items that would fit in a 3kg postage bag.
